We specialise
in producing delicious homemade preserves, using where possible, local and
seasonal produce.
Because of
this we produce small batches of perfectly prepared jams, jellies, chutneys, curds
and marmalades, some of which are only available for short periods throughout
the year.
Living in the
Buckinghamshire countryside we are surrounded by flavoursome fruit within the
hedgerows and trees. This year we gathered Elderflowers when they've been at
their most fragrant and made sweet Elderflower Jelly. At the same time rhubarb
was ripe for picking so we mixed the two flavours together to make a tasty
Rhubarb & Elderflower Jam.
There has
also been an overwhelming supply of Elderberries and Blackberries this year,
and we pride ourselves on preparing and using the fruit within hours of picking,
to produce a gorgeous Apple & Elderberry Jelly and flavoursome Blackberry
& Mint Jam, using fresh mint from the garden.
We
entered our Dark Seville Orange Marmalade into The World Marmalade
Championships in
We currently
promote ourselves at Artisan Craft Fairs within Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Joining other unique stall holders who have the same
philosophy of providing the highest quality product for the most discerning of
customers.
We are
constantly updating and adding to our products so please come back and visit
